FORT SMITH - Shane Knisley, MHA, FACHE, is now the Chief Operating Officer of Sparks Health System.

Knisley has 25 years of healthcare experience. He most recently served as the Assistant Chief Executive Officer at Lake Granbury Medical Center near Fort Worth, Texas.

He graduated from the University of Maryland with Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Management and went on to graduate with a Master of Health Administration from Army-Baylor University. Knisley is also a graduate of the Marine Corps College of Command and Staff located in Quantico, Virginia.
