LITTLE ROCK - Dr. PB Simpson Jr., who has been in practice for more than 40 years, has joined Baptist Health Neurosurgery Arkansas on the campus of Baptist Health-Little Rock. Simpson received his medical degree from the University of Mississippi and is board certified in neurosurgery. He has a conservative practice philosophy, believing that surgery should only be an option if the benefits outweigh the risks.

Baptist Health Neurosurgery Arkansas, established in 2004 as a multidisciplinary approach to the treatment of brain and spine disorders in the state, is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Medical Towers I, Suite 750, 9601 Baptist Health Drive.

The clinic utilizes state-of-the-art technology including navigated minimally invasive spine surgery through the Mazor X Robotic Guidance Platform as well as computer-assisted surgery and neuro-endoscopic brain surgery. For more information about Mazor X, available to only a small number of spine and orthopedic hospitals in the U.S., visit baptist-health.com.
