SHERIDAN – Baptist Health Family Clinic-Sheridan-A Service of Baptist Health Medical Center-Hot Spring County is now open and seeing patients.
Misty Douthit, APRN, will be the primary provider at the location, serving patients Mondays, Tuesday, Thursdays and Fridays. Douthit, a native of Southaven, Mississippi, has practiced medicine for 15 years and received her education through the University of Memphis family nurse practitioner program.
“I believe God has given me a gift of compassion, and I pray that I use it for His glory every day,” Douthit said. “My patients are like my family. Over the years, I have learned that you can help people the most, especially with their health, just by listening.”
Deonna Whatley, APRN, also sees patients Wednesdays at the clinic. She received her medical education from Harding University. Leslie Harrington, LPN, and Reta Walters, LPN, are also part of the Baptist Health Family Clinic-Sheridan team.
