HARRISON - North Arkansas Regional Medical Center announced that Deana Thomas has  been promoted to the position of Vice President of Financial Services and Chief Financial Officer  at NARMC.    Ms. Thomas has served as Controller at NARMC since 2013.

Prior to joining NARMC. Ms.  Thomas   held the position of Director of Accounting at Lake Regional Health System in Osage Beach, Missouri, an acute care hospital with  eight outpatient clinics, three pharmacies and 29 specialty physician practices.

Ms. Thomas earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting at William Jewell College in Liberty, MO, and her Master of Science in Health Care Administration from the University of Maryland in Adelphi, MD.  She is affiliated with the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).
