LITTLE ROCK - Grace L. Raja, M.D., has joined the CARTI medical staff as a hematologist/oncologist.

Prior to arriving at CARTI, Raja was an assistant professor of internal medicine in the hematology/oncology division of the Harold C. Simmons Cancer Center in Dallas, where she also previously served as a hospitalist at North Texas Veteran’s Affairs Hospital.

A cum laude graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience, Raja received her medical degree at the University of Texas at Southwestern Medical Center. Raja also completed fellowships in hematology and oncology at both Keck School of Medicine at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles and the University of Texas at Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas.

Raja is certified by the American Board of Medical Oncology, the American Board of Hematology and the American Board of Internal Medicine. She also holds memberships in the American Society of Clinical Oncology, the American Society of Hematology and the Arkansas Medical Society.
