JONESBORO - Carole Farmer has been named administrator at St. Bernards Clopton Clinic.
A native of Palestine, AR., Farmer served as assistant administrator at the multi-specialty clinic from July of 2006 until she assumed responsibilities as administrator earlier this month.
She holds both Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science degrees in accounting from Arkansas State University.
Farmer is a Certified Medical Practice Executive, having completed exam requirements with the Medical Group Managers Association. She is an active member of the Arkansas Medical Group Managers Association and has served on that group's executive committee and is a past president of ARMGMA. In addition, she holds membership in the national chapter of Medical Group Managers Association.
A 2008 graduate of Leadership Jonesboro, Farmer also has served as an adjunct professor of managerial accounting at Arkansas State University.
She and her husband, Alec Farmer, have four daughters, Taylor, Emily, Madison and Alexandra.
